And it’s exactly why we take time at convention to celebrate our union siblings through the PSE Awards.
Good news: the deadline to submit nominations has been extended to May 15. That means there’s still time to lift up the people in your chapter, your workplace, or your campus who are making a meaningful impact.

It’s in the early mornings and long days.
It’s in the quiet conversations, the extra effort, the steady leadership.
It’s in the commitment to students, to coworkers, and to building something better together.

Who Should You Nominate?
Think about the people around you:
- The coworker who always steps up when something needs to get done
- The leader who brings people together and keeps things moving forward

- The longtime activist whose work has shaped your chapter—or even our union statewide
There are a variety of award categories that recognize different types of contributions—from leadership and advocacy to job performance and lifetime achievement.
Whether someone is just starting to step into leadership or has spent years building PSE into what it is today, there’s a place to recognize their impact.
